About Edward Prouse MHort (RHS)
I founded Birch Meadow Landscaping Ltd after recognising an opportunity to create beautiful, lasting gardens for every client. My passion for horticulture began at a young age and led me to complete a National Award in Horticulture (Distinction) at Bicton College in 2011.
Since then, I’ve built gardens across southern England, from Devon to Kent, working on projects that range from private residential spaces to large-scale, million-pound builds. I’ve collaborated with renowned designers and, in 2018, completed my Master of Horticulture degree at RHS Wisley.
That same year, I was proud to be part of the team behind the silver-award-winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden “Laced with Hope” for Supershoes, a charity supporting children with cancer through bespoke hand-painted shoes. The garden made history as the first to feature graffiti art at Chelsea.
More recently, I launched Trees For Good Causes CIC, a local tree-planting initiative that donates profits to a chosen charity each year.
